  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1.1 Acceptable use terms

To scrape content in any way that violates national or international law.

  • To scrape personal, sensitive, or otherwise private data that you are not authorized to collect.
  • To target minors or collect data exposing any individual to harm.
  • To create fake accounts, bots, or use automated systems that engage in spamming, data mining, or unauthorized data gathering activities.
  • For credential cracking, brute force attacks, or other malicious activities intended to gain unauthorized access to any website or server.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities without notice or refund.

  1. Use of Service

ScrapeQuick grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. ScrapeQuick does not assume responsibility for any pages that are unable to be scraped.

  1. Billing and Payment

    1. Per-Request Billing: Billing is conducted on a per-request basis, with charges determined by the complexity and resources required for each request.
    2. No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed transactions.
    3. Pricing Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust pricing on a per-request basis.

  2. Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU AGREE TO HOLD SCRAPEQUICK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS HARMLESS FROM ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, HOWEVER ARISING (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND ALL RELATED COSTS AND EXPENSES OF LITIGATION OR ARBITRATION, WHETHER OR NOT INSTITUTED), IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT. IF LIABILITY IS FOUND ON THE PART OF SCRAPEQUICK, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SERVICES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THIS LIMITATION, SO IT MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  1. Termination

    • Customers may cancel their subscription from the dashboard at any time.
    • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the next renewal date, after which it will automatically downgrade to the free plan.

  2. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

  1. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Service or any part of it at our sole discretion, without notice. We are not liable if the Service is unavailable at any time, in part or in full.

  1. Amendments to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on our site at scrapequick.com. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service following the posting of changes indicates acceptance of those changes.

  1. Waiver and Severability

No waiver of any term or condition in these Terms is considered a waiver of any other term or condition. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  1. Prohibited Uses

We assume that you use the Website Platform and Services legally and ethically and that you have obtained permission, if necessary, to use it on the targeted websites and/or other data sources.

You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Company or users of Service or expose them to liability.
  • More related to scraping, any way of "Card testing", "Fake account creation", "Vulnerability Scanning", "Credential cracking", "Account Takeover" will expose the user to liability with immediate suspension without any form of refund
  • Any payment automation system such as "auto bot buy", "sneaker bot"
  • Security Audit: Fuzzing, Brute Force, Scanner are not authorized without explicit consent of targetted company. A whole compliance check with legal team must be done before account opening and any test (with both parts).

Additionally, you agree not to:

  • Use Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Service or interfere with any other party’s use of Service, including their ability to engage in real time activities through Service.
  • Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
  • Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of Service.
  • Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of Service, the server on which Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to Service.
  • Attack Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
  • Take any action that may damage or falsify Company rating.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper working of Service.
  • Access the service in purpose of monitoring availability, performance or functionality or for any other competitive purposes without our written consent
